Due to the personalized nature of the medications, supplements, devices, and other
goods that you order, we cannot accept returns. Except as expressly set forth below, we
do not offer refunds. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Refunds

1. All products that you order are non-refundable.
2. If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items received at delivery, please
   contact us within 48 hours and provide the following information:

4. Tracking Number
5. Photo Evidence of the Damage (if applicable)
