If your medical intake is not approved, you will receive a full refund. There are no other exceptions to this policy.

Refunds

All products that you order are non-refundable, except in the event your medical intake is not approved. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

If there is an issue with shipping or the condition of the items received at delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and provide the following information:

    2. Tracking Number

    3. Photo Evidence of the Damage (if applicable)
