What if I submit both images and a video testimonial?

If you submit both:

  • You will receive $30 off shipping on your next renewal order
  • 500 reward points

You receive the highest reward tier, not both combined.

Is it mandatory to upload images or a video?

Yes.
To qualify for rewards, you must upload at least one of the following:

  • Before and after images
  • A video testimonial

Text-only submissions are not eligible for rewards.

Can I upload both images and videos together?

Yes, and we highly encourage it.
Submitting both increases your chances of being featured and ensures you receive the maximum reward.

Can I share a Google Drive or cloud link instead of uploading files?

Yes.
If your files are stored on platforms like Google Drive or OneDrive, you can share the link instead of uploading directly.

Only with your permission.
You will be asked to confirm whether we can use your testimonial, images, or video on:

  • Our website
  • Social media platforms

If you select “No,” your content will remain private.

How will I receive my reward?

Once your submission is reviewed and approved:

  • Reward points will be added to your account
  • Shipping discount will be applied to your next renewal order
