Domestic Shipping
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
The average delivery window is 4–12 business days, which includes pharmacy preparation time and expedited shipping.
Delivery times may be extended during high-demand periods or holidays.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time as needed.
Expedited shipping is included at no additional cost on all orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as it is generated for your order.
Taxes
AHC (Alternate Health Club) is not responsible for any taxes or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as taxes or local fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
AHC (Alternate Health Club) is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
International Shipping
AHC (Alternate Health Club) currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns
Due to federal regulations, prescription products cannot be returned for reuse or resale. All prescription sales are final. If you believe there was an error in filling your prescription, please contact us at support@alternatehealthclub.com
